Our Team

Bob Rolland Bob Rolland has 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Bob left Nationwide as a Vice President and started his Nationwide Agency, Rolland & Associates, in 2005. Bob is licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health in the State of Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. He also maintains his series 6 NASD license which enables him to provide financial planning services to his agency's clients. Bob also is President of the Dana Foundation - a Foundation in his wife's name supporting women battling breast cancer. A graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio Bob has lived in the Columbus area for 27 years.

Tara Rigsbee Tara Rigsbee joined the Rolland & Associates team in July of 2007 as an associate agent. Her role is to explain current coverage's and our policies to potential new clients. Tara, has expertise in home and auto insurance. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, but spent most of her life in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated from Bedford High School. Tara is currently attending Franklin University, where she is studying Business Management.

Kristy Gaudiose Kristy joined the Rolland & Associates team in August of 2007 as our office manager. Her role is to service our clients with any questions, changes to policies, billing questions and any other issues. Kristy, with her expertise in business insurance, is also the agency's commercial sales associate. She comes from Youngstown Ohio and has produced a sports talk show and coached basketball and softball in the local area. Kristy attended Youngtown State University and has a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management.

Allie Matuk Allie joined Rolland & Associates team in May of 2008 as the customer service sales representative. Her role is to service our clients with any questions, changes to policies, billing questions and any other issues. She comes from Ravenna, Ohio and attended Ohio University. She has Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems.

Christina DeMatteis Christina joined Rolland & Associates team in September 2008 as an Associate Agent. Her role is to create policies and review coverages in accordance with each of our new and existing clients individual needs. She specializes in both home and auto insurance with a property and casualty license. Christina grew up in central Ohio and attended Olentangy High School.
